Our Story
Entering South East Queensland’s extremely competitive property development industry in the late 1990’s, the Hatia Property Corporation has focused on identifying and developing viable sites with both an end user focus and a long term hold in place.
Since the first successful sixty one house and land package subdivision at Ferny Grove Brisbane some 22 years ago, the Hatia Property Corporation went on to develop major residential, commercial and industrial projects.
These projects include a number of masterplanned communities throughout Brisbane and Gold Coast including a blue chip acreage estate and major industrial and commercial hubs.
Through the vision of its founders, the privately-owned Hatia Property Corporation has continued to deliver high quality residential, commercial and mixed use developments in strategic locations throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and South East Queensland.
